    – Ships with OxygenOS 16, promising 4 OS upgrades and 6 years of security updates.

New OnePlus 15R Variant Launches Exclusively in India

Since the launch of the OnePlus 15R last December, it has been available to buy in two configurations — a 256GB version and a 512GB variant, both of which have 12GB of RAM. OnePlus has now released a new variant that is currently only available to buy in India.

    Pricing and Configuration Details

The new variant of the OnePlus 15R has 16GB of RAM, matching the more powerful OnePlus 15. However, this version of the phone is available with only 512GB of storage. The price of the new 16GB RAM + 512GB version is ₹61,999 (~$655/€570), which is significantly cheaper than the $749.99 that you pay for the 12GB RAM + 512GB version in the US. This might explain why this new variant isn’t sold in the US, as its price will put it in the same range as the OnePlus 15 which starts at $899.99.

    Availability and Color Options

The new 16GB RAM variant is already available to purchase in India in Mint Breeze and Charcoal Black colors only, as OnePlus didn’t release this new variant in Electric Violet. Interested buyers can purchase the OnePlus 15R with 16GB RAM on the official OnePlus website. It is also available on Amazon India, albeit limited to Prime members.

    Display and Performance Specs

The OnePlus 15R has a 6.83-inch display with a 2800 × 1272 resolution, a 165Hz adaptive refresh rate, and Gorilla Glass 7i protection. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor and has LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. On the back of the phone is a 50MP Sony IMX906 primary camera with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide angle camera. It also has a 32MP front-facing camera with autofocus.

    Battery, Charging, and Additional Features

Under the hood is a 7,400mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging (charger included in the box). The OnePlus 15R also has an advanced cooling system, WI-Fi 7, NFC, Bluetooth 6.0, dual-SIM support, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, and a dual IP rating (IP66 and IP69K) for dust and water resistance. The OnePlus 15R ships with OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16, and will receive four OS upgrades and six years of security updates.

  • Asus Debuts $99,999 PC with 748GB RAM & Nvidia GB300

Asus Debuts $99,999 PC with 748GB RAM & Nvidia GB300

    Key Takeaway

    – The Asus ExpertCenter Pro ET900N G3 features an Nvidia Grace Blackwell Ultra “AI superchip” with 72 ARM cores and a Blackwell Ultra GPU.
    – It offers a combined memory pool of 748 GB (496 GB LPDDR5X + 252 GB HBM3e), enabling processing of large AI models.
    – The workstation has a 1,600-watt power supply and a cooling system that prevents throttling under sustained full load.
    – Expansion options include three PCIe 5.0 slots (one for an additional Nvidia GPU) and support for four M.2 SSDs, but lacks USB 4 or Thunderbolt ports.
    – The base price is listed at $99,999 from Central Computers in the U.S.

A Powerful Workstation Hides in Plain Sight

At first glance, the Asus ExpertCenter Pro ET900N G3 workstation looks like a conventional tower; measuring 23.2 x 58.4 x 56.5 centimeters, the computer is designed to fit on a standard desk. But inside, it houses the latest chips from Nvidia. The design is basic but practical, allowing it to blend into any office environment while packing serious hardware under the hood. You wouldnt guess its power just by looking at it.

Inside the Beast: Nvidia’s AI Superchip

That’s because Asus has equipped it with an Nvidia Grace Blackwell Ultra “AI superchip,” which features 72 ARM Neoverse V2 processor cores and a Blackwell Ultra graphics chip. The processor is paired with 496 GB of LPDDR5X RAM with a bandwidth of 396 GB/s, while the graphics chip can access 252 GB of HBM3e VRAM with an impressive bandwidth of 7.1 TB/s. The memory pool, which totals 748 GB, can be combined to process larger AI models. This amount of memory is insane for handling complex neural networks.

    Power and Cooling: No Compromises

The built-in power supply delivers 1,600 watts of power. According to Asus, the cooling system can handle the chip’s full power even under sustained load without the need to throttle the processor or GPU. The tower can be expanded via three PCIe 5.0 slots, one of which supports an additional Nvidia graphics card. The tower supports four M.2 SSDs and ships with Ubuntu. That 1600W PSU is a monster, but it is needed to keep everything running stable.

Connectivity: A Mixed Bag of Ports

The selection of ports is disappointing, as USB 4 or Thunderbolt are nowhere to be found. Instead, there are eight USB 3.2 (10 Gbps) ports, one USB 2.0 port, and two 10 Gbps Ethernet ports. For a machine costing this much, the lack of modern high-speed ports feels like an oversight. Many users will be left wondering why they skipped on Thunderbolt support for such a premium workstation.

    • Eight USB 3.2 (10 Gbps) ports
    • One USB 2.0 port
    • Two 10 Gbps Ethernet ports

    Price and Availability

The Asus ExpertCenter Pro ET900N G3 workstation is already listed at several retailers in the U.S. The lowest price from Central Computers is listet at $99,999. More detailed information on the specifications can be found on the Asus website. That price tag is astronimical, but it reflects the cutting-edge AI hardware inside this tower.

      – The RTX 5080 configuration is $250 cheaper than the original RTX 5070 Ti model, with the 5080 being ~16% faster in gaming.
      – Some configurations have actually increased in price (e.g., RTX 5090 model now costs $4,769 vs. $4,469 last month).
      – AMD Ryzen-based variants start higher, at $2,699 for a Ryzen AI 7 450 + RTX 5070 Ti setup.
      – HP’s advertised discounts ($800) do not always match the actual savings ($680).

HP’s New Omen Max 16 Gets a Price Cut Before It Even Ships

Hardly any time has passed since HP released the new HyperX Omen Max 16, replacing the 2025 model we reviewed over a year ago. While the laptop debuted in January during CES 2026, it did not go on sale in the US until the end of May. Nonetheless, HP has already discounted its gaming laptop before it begins shipping.

Initial Pricing and The New Starting Point

Initially, the new Omen Max 16 started at $2,679, featuring Intel Arrow Lake HX Plus processors. Now, Intel models start at $1,999 with the Core Ultra 7 270HX Plus and a GeForce RTX 5070 Ti laptop GPU. A 25% reduction, this $680 saving is not the $800 discount claimed on HP’s website.

      • Original starting price: $2,679
      • New starting price: $1,999
      • Processor: Intel Core Ultra 7 270HX Plus
      • GPU: GeForce RTX 5070 Ti

Comparing the RTX 5080 and 5070 Ti Configurations

Still, one can also configure the GeForce RTX 5080 for $250 less than what HP originally charged for its GeForce RTX 5070 Ti sibling. According to our benchmarks, the GeForce RTX 5080 is around 16% faster than the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti when gaming. Some of HP’s pricing is misleading, though.

      Misleading Discounts and Higher-End Variants

Last month, it was possible to configure the Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus, RTX 5090, 64 GB of RAM, 2 TB of PCIe Gen 5 storage and a 240 Hz OLED display for $4,469. However, this variant now costs $4,769, allegedly down from a $5,569 MSRP. By contrast, AMD alternatives cost at least $2,899 with the Ryzen AI 7 450 and an GeForce RTX 5070 Ti.

      • RTX 5090 config was $4,469, now $4,769
      • AMD variant starts at $2,899 for Ryzen AI 7 450 and RTX 5070 Ti

At the time of writing, HP is charging $2,699 for that same configuration, which also contains 16 GB of RAM and a 240 Hz IPS display. Please see our video below for our impressions of last year’s model. It will come equipped with two rear camera sensors: a 50 MP Sony IMX896 with optical image stabilization and an 8 MP ultra-wide lens. For selfies and video calls, there is a 32 MP camera. Similar to the GT7, this model will also feature an impressive 7,000 mAh battery that supports rapid charging at 120 Watts. While the specifics of the display are not yet confirmed, it is likely that it will utilize a modified version of the GT7’s screen.

      Pricing and Availability

In India, the Realme GT 7T is expected to have a price tag of ₹39,999 ($476) for the entry-level model that includes 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. This is the listed price, and the final market price might be lower than what is currently mentioned. There is no indication of when the phone will be launched in India or globally, but with a retail box already in circulation, the announcement may come soon.
