Specifically, the main camera of the S25 Ultra is still anticipated to be the 200 MP Isocell HP2. The 3x telephoto lens is likely to remain the same 12 MP Sony IMX 754.     The images below illustrate how the three Galaxy S25 models stack up against each other. They show aluminum dummies that are based on the CAD models, laid flat next to one another, and also provide a direct side comparison.
