As scheduled, Xiaomi has officially unveiled the Redmi Note 13 series in India today. This lineup consists of three models: the Redmi Note 13 5G, Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, and Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G.
Redmi Note 13 5G Specifications
The Redmi Note 13 5G features a unique flat frame design with a square camera island, giving it a boxy appearance. The device boasts a 6.67-inch centered punch-hole AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The display offers a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels (FHD+), a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. Additionally, the screen supports up to 1920Hz PWM dimming and has a peak brightness level of 1000 nits.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6080 chipset, paired with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. It runs on MIUI 14 based on Android 13.
In terms of optics, the Redmi Note 13 5G sports a triple camera setup on the rear. This setup includes a 108MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide unit, and a 2MP macro snapper. On the front, there is a 16MP selfie camera.
Connectivity options on the phone include dual SIM support, 5G capability, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, GNSS, NFC, and USB Type-C. Additionally, it features a 3.5mm headphone jack, dual stereo speakers, a MicroSD card slot, an IR blaster, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and an IP54 rating for splash resistance.
The device is powered by a 5,000mAh battery and supports 33W wired charging.
Redmi Note 13 5G Price in India
The Redmi Note 13 5G is available in three different configurations:
- 6GB + 128GB: ₹17,999 (~$215)
- 8GB + 256GB: ₹19,999 (~$240)
- 12GB + 256GB: ₹21,999 (~$265)
Customers can choose from three color options: Arctic White, Stealth Black, or Prism Gold.
The first sale is scheduled for 12 PM on January 10 and will be available on Mi.com, Amazon, and retail stores.
