The Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Hybrid 2-in-1 runs both Windows and Android, enabling it to function as a Windows laptop and an Android tablet. The detachable display operates as an Android tablet, containing all the essential internals needed for this function. Meanwhile, the base houses the internals for a Windows laptop, running Windows 11.

In terms of performance, the base features an Intel Core Ultra 7 155H chipset, paired with 32GB LPDDR5x RAM and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD.
