OPPO Find X7 Ultra Satellite Version Secures 3C Certification

Oppo's Find X7 Ultra Satellite Version Receives 3C Certification

Oppo recently unveiled its Find X7 series in China, featuring the vanilla Find X7 and the top-tier Find X7 Ultra. While speculation surrounded the possibility of a satellite model for the latter, the company made no mention of it during the launch event.

Find X7 Ultra Satellite Version Update

Despite the initial silence, Oppo is actively working on the development of the Find X7 Ultra Satellite version. Exciting news has emerged as the device has now obtained 3C certification in China.

Certification Details

The upcoming Find X7 Ultra Satellite smartphone, sporting the model number PHY120, has secured 3C certification. This certification not only confirms satellite connectivity but also affirms 5G support for the device.

Moreover, it has been revealed that the Satellite version will be equipped with 100W charging capabilities, mirroring the specifications of the regular Find X7 Ultra. Additionally, users can expect the device to feature 50W wireless charging functionality.

Specifications and Features

The Satellite version is anticipated to share many similarities with the standard Find X7 Ultra. To recap, the Find X7 Ultra boasts a 6.82-inch QHD+ curved LTPO display that offers a peak brightness of up to 1600 nits. It runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, paired with generous RAM options of up to 16GB and storage capacities of up to 512GB.

Camera and Battery

In terms of photography, the Find X7 Ultra houses a quad-camera setup powered by the HyperTone Image Engine. This setup includes four 50MP cameras with large sensors, with the primary camera featuring the latest Sony LYT-900 1-inch sensor. Additionally, the ultra-wide lens excels at capturing impressive macro and wide shots.

A standout feature of the Find X7 Ultra is its dual periscope cameras—a 3x zoom lens for close-up shots and a 6x zoom lens for landscapes and macro photography. Powering the device is a robust 5000mAh battery that supports 100W SUPERVOOC charging.

Additional Features

The device operates on Android 14-based ColorOS 14 and offers connectivity options such as NFC, WiFi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4.
