Asus has confirmed that it will be unveiling its highly-anticipated ROG Phone 8 series, along with other devices, on January 8, 2024, at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2024. The lineup is expected to include two models, namely the ROG Phone 8 and the ROG Phone 8 Pro. Just yesterday, the NBTC certification platform in Thailand granted certification to the ROG Phone 8 Pro. Now, the standard ROG Phone 8 has appeared in the NBTC database ahead of its official announcement.

According to the NBTC listing, the ASUS device with the model number ASUS_AI2401_C will be named the ROG Phone 8 upon its release in Thailand. This model number has been previously spotted in the Bluetooth SIG certification.

A recent report has leaked almost all the details about the ROG Phone 8. Here's a look at the expected specifications of the device:
