Motorola recently expanded its Razr 50 lineup by introducing the Razr 50s. This new model is set to launch on September 27 and is currently available for pre-order through Softbank. The Razr 50s will be offered in three colors: Koala Grey, Sand Cream, and Spritz Orange.
Design Similarities
From the available images, it appears that the Razr 50s features bezels on both its inner and outer displays that closely resemble those of the Razr 50. Additionally, the aspect ratio of the outer display seems to be quite similar to that of its predecessor.
Performance Insights
The Motorola Razr 50s has been listed on Geekbench, which provides some information about its performance. According to the listing, the device scored 1040 in single-core and 1003 in multi-core tests. The chipset operates at a base frequency of 2.00 GHz and includes a (4+4) core architecture, coupled with 8GB of RAM. In comparison, the Motorola Razr 50 achieved scores of 1033 and 2751 in the same tests, indicating that the Razr 50s will not compromise on performance. The Geekbench listing also indicates that the phone will run on Android 14.

For reference, the Motorola Razr 50 itself comes equipped with a 6.9-inch foldable AMOLED inner display and a 3.6-inch AMOLED outer display. It is powered by the Dimensity 7300X chipset, which also has a base clock speed of 2.00 GHz. Users can choose between 256GB or 512GB of UFS 2.2 storage along with 8GB or 12GB of RAM. The outer screen of the Razr 50 includes three cutouts for a 50 MP main camera, a 13 MP ultrawide camera, and a flash module.
