Motorola recently unveiled a teaser, confirming that the Razr 50 will be available in India starting 9th September 2024. According to the teaser, this new foldable phone boasts the segment's largest 3.6-inch external display. Additional specifications and features were revealed in the promotional materials. Notably, the Razr 50 emphasizes durability, featuring an IPX8 water resistance rating and Corning’s Gorilla Glass Victus. It is also certified for over 400,000 folds.

In terms of specifications, the Razr 50 is equipped with a 6.9-inch pOLED FHD+ main display, alongside a 3.63-inch pOLED cover screen. The primary display supports HDR10+, 10-bit colors, a 120Hz refresh rate, LTPO technology, and can reach up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness. The external display offers a 90Hz refresh rate and 1700 nits of peak brightness. Internally, the phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300X processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
A 4,200mAh battery powers the Razr 50, supporting 30W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging. In terms of photography, the rear setup includes a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens, while the front is equipped with a 32-megapixel camera for selfies. Other notable features include Spatial Sound, dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, and three microphones.
