Motorola recently unveiled the Edge 50 Ultra globally, which will be known as the Moto X50 Ultra in China, featuring some distinct specifications from its global counterpart. The company has disclosed two key details about the upcoming device, and now the Moto X50 Ultra has been spotted on China's 3C certification platform.
Moto X50 Ultra Certification
The Moto X50 Ultra, identified with the model number XT2401-2 on China's 3C authority, has been certified to support 125W wired charging, aligning with the Edge 50 Ultra launched globally. However, the certification listing does not unveil any additional specifics about the X50 Ultra.
Key Specifications and Features
The Moto X50 Ultra is set to be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, teasing advanced AI features on the smartphone. Potential features include Lenovo's AI personal assistant and various AI capabilities across performance and camera functions. The X50 Ultra is anticipated to make its debut in China this month.
It is yet to be known whether the Moto X50 Ultra in China will differ in terms of specifications from the global Edge 50 Ultra. The latter boasts a 6.7-inch curved pOLED display with 1.5K resolution, 2,500 nits peak brightness, and a 144Hz refresh rate, along with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The device is supported by a 4,500mAh battery with 50W wireless charging and 10W wireless power sharing capabilities. Additionally, the Edge 50 Ultra features a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP main sensor, a 64MP periscope lens, and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle unit.
