Just two months following the debut of the Motorola Moto G Stylus (2024), we're already getting a glimpse of its next iteration, the Moto G Stylus (2025). A leaked press render shared by MySmartPrice gives us a better idea of what to anticipate from this upcoming budget-friendly stylus phone.

Design and Features

The Moto G Stylus (2025), with the codename XT251V, is expected to retain the overall design of its predecessor. A notable alteration is the finish on the back of the device. While the 2024 model came with a vegan leather texture, the 2025 version seems to sport a glossy finish.

Key features anticipated to remain the same include the punch-hole display at the front, dual-camera setup on the back, and the stylus holder at the bottom of the device. Although specific specifications for this upcoming device aren't yet available, it is likely to see some enhancements over its predecessor. The Moto G Stylus 5G (2024) boasts a 6.7-inch Full HD+ pOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1200 nits peak brightness, and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The stylus is conveniently stored in a slot at the bottom of the device.

Regarding cameras, it features a 50MP main camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and a 13MP ultra-wide camera with a 120° field of view, also capable of macro photography. The front camera is 32MP. The rear camera can record Full HD videos at 60FPS, with a 120FPS slow-motion option, while the front camera supports a Dual Capture mode.

The device is powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 5G SoC, supports 5G connectivity, and includes 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, expandable up to 2TB via microSD card. It also features dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, a 5000mAh battery with 30W fast charging and 15W wireless charging support, a USB Type-C port (USB 2.0), a 3.5mm audio jack, an in-display fingerprint scanner, Bluetooth 5.1, dual-band WiFi, and runs on an Android 14-based operating system.
