LG Gram +view 16″ 2K 16:10 Display Extended Screen Launched in China

The LG Gram +view 16-inch extended screen has been launched in China. This monitor features a 2K resolution with a 16:10 aspect ratio and supports Type-C one-line connectivity. It also covers 99% of the DCI-P3 color range. Initially released in 2022 in South Korea, this model offers significant improvements.

Enhanced Connectivity and Screen Ratio

A key feature of the new LG Gram +view 16-inch monitor is its ability to connect via a USB-C cable, unlike its predecessors. This monitor offers a more balanced and square screen ratio compared to smaller models, with a 16:10 aspect ratio that provides extra vertical resolution, enhancing productivity over 16:9 models. It shares the same screen specifications as the 2022 LG Gram laptop.

Lightweight and Versatile

Weighing in at 660g, the LG Gram +view utilizes an anti-glare panel with up to 350 nits of brightness and a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. The USB-C connectivity allows the monitor to deliver a 45W reverse power supply to a laptop. It is designed for portability, weighing less than 1kg with its protective case. The Folio cover/stand offers stable support, allowing the monitor to be adjusted at angles of 105º and 120º. However, it does not include built-in speakers, necessitating the use of external speakers.

Pricing & Availability

In China, the LG Gram +view screen is currently offered as a gift with certain LG Gram notebooks and is priced domestically at 3,999 yuan ($552). Internationally, the LG Gram +view extended screen is available for $349.99 across various markets.
