Lenovo has officially confirmed some specifications for the upcoming Xiaoxin Pad Pro 12.7, which is anticipated to be released by the end of this month.

The Xiaoxin Pad Pro 12.7: Launch Details

Based on the official poster, the tablet will feature the Dimensity 8300 processor. It will come with LPDDR5x memory and up to UFS 4.0 storage, though the UFS 4.0 option is exclusive to the 256GB model. The chipset includes 4x Arm Cortex-A715, 4x Arm Cortex-A510, and Arm Mali-G615 MC6. In Geekbench tests, it scores approximately 1400 in single-core and 4200 in multi-core assessments.

Performance and Battery

The poster also indicates the device achieves an average frame rate of 59.1 fps in an open-world RPG game at the highest graphics setting with motion blur disabled. However, this data originates from Lenovo Laboratory. The tablet is powered by a 10200mAh large-capacity battery and supports 45W super flash charging. It reportedly offers a standby battery life of 79.6 days and has already received China’s 3C certification.

Display and Features

A previous teaser revealed that the device will sport a 12.7″ 2.9K high-resolution display and will be available in two finishes – a standard version and another focused on eye comfort. The tablet will come pre-installed with ZUI 16, Lenovo’s custom user interface. It aims to offer various productivity features, such as cross-screen keyboard and mouse support, facilitating seamless multitasking between the tablet and other devices.

Multimedia and Additional Features

For an enhanced multimedia experience, the tablet includes a quad-speaker setup from JBL with Dolby Atmos support. Additionally, the tablet allows for easy attachment of a stylus on the back via magnets. The rear of the device features a single camera and a flash module within a rectangular camera island.
