Around ten days ago, iQOO revealed the iQOO 13, which is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite, in China. Now, the company has started to tease the upcoming Neo 10 series of sub-flagship smartphones. This series is anticipated to compete against the Redmi K80 and K80 Pro, both of which are expected to launch by the end of November in China.

The iQOO Neo Product Manager, who shared the teaser, pointed out that the Neo series has always been at the cutting edge of technology for the past three years. Thanks to the ongoing support from users, this series has enjoyed significant success. He mentioned that the upcoming generation will surpass expectations by providing improved dual-core performance. This hints at the existence of dual flagship models, similar to the Neo 9 series, which included the Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro.

Upcoming Models and Specifications

Reports indicate that the Neo 10 lineup will feature the Neo 10 and Neo 10 Pro models. There have been talks about a third model, but specifics about it are still unclear. It's uncertain if this model will be called the iQOO Neo 10e when it becomes available. According to sources, the Neo 10 series is likely to be launched by the end of November, aiming to compete with the Redmi K80 and K80 Pro, which are expected to sport the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and 8 Elite chipsets, respectively.

Features of Neo 10 Series

Reports suggest that the Neo 10 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, while the Neo 10 Pro will use the Dimensity 9400 chipset. Both devices are anticipated to share similar specifications, including a 6.78-inch OLED 8T LTPO flat display with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 144Hz, a 16-megapixel front camera, and a battery capacity ranging from 6,000mAh to 6,500mAh with 120W fast charging. They may also come with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM, as well as up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage, and will run on OriginOS 5 based on Android 15.

The iQOO Neo 10 is expected to have a dual-camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel and an 8-megapixel camera, alongside an optical in-screen fingerprint sensor. Meanwhile, the iQOO Neo 10 Pro will offer a dual-camera system made up of two 50-megapixel cameras and will include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner.
