Infinix GT 20 Pro Launches in India: 6.78″ 144Hz Display

Infinix has officially introduced the GT 20 Pro smartphone in India, following its global release. This device is promoted as a gaming smartphone, boasting an attractive design and the Dimensity 8200 processor.

Infinix GT 20 Pro Specifications

The GT 20 Pro comes equipped with a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display that supports a high 144Hz refresh rate. The smartphone features a 94.3% screen-to-body ratio, 2340Hz PWM dimming, a peak brightness of 1,300 nits, and full DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. Additionally, it includes an in-display fingerprint sensor for enhanced security.

Powered by the Dimensity 8200 Ultimate processor, the device is paired with the Pixelworks X5 Turbo gaming display chip, which employs MEMC and Game Optical Optimization technology to deliver frame rates of up to 120fps in games. The GT 20 Pro offers up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It is fueled by a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. On the software front, it runs on an Android 14-based XOS 14 operating system.

Enhanced Gaming Features

Infinix has integrated dual JBL speakers and an x-axis linear motor to elevate the gaming experience. In terms of optics, the device sports a 108MP primary camera with OIS support, in addition to two 2MP cameras and a 32MP front-facing camera. Other notable features include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, an IR blaster, and a USB-C port. The smartphone also boasts an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.

Pricing & Availability

The Infinix GT 20 Pro is available in three color options: Mecha Blue, Mecha Orange, and Mecha Silver. It is priced at Rs. 24,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model and Rs. 26,999 for the 12GB + 256GB model. The device will be available for purchase on Flipkart starting May 28th.

Infinix is also offering a complimentary GT Gaming kit valued at Rs. 5499 with each purchase. Additionally, buyers can avail of further discounts using ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and SBI cards, or through a device exchange offer.
