We just uploaded our unboxing and hands-on video for the Huawei Mate 70 Pro. This smartphone marks the latest flagship offering from the brand. But how does it stack up against other high-end phones from China that just made their global appearances? Here’s a brief comparison between the Mate 70 Pro, the Oppo Find X8 Pro, and the Vivo X200 Pro.
Comparison Overview
All three smartphones are considered flagship devices, providing a top-notch experience. The design and display preferences can vary, making it difficult to declare one as definitively superior. The Mate 70 Pro, Find X8 Pro, and X200 Pro all sport an aluminum frame combined with a glass body. They also come with impressive IP68 and IP69 ratings for protection against water and dust. A notable feature is the large circular camera setup located on the back of each device.
Display Features
There is a minor difference in their screen sizes; however, none of them are particularly compact flagship options. The Find X8 Pro and X200 Pro come equipped with a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display offering FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 4500 nits. In contrast, the Mate 70 Pro has a slightly taller 6.9-inch LTPO OLED display, also featuring a 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution, but with a lower peak brightness of 2500 nits. Although the other two models shine brighter, the Mate 70 Pro boasts a marginally taller screen.
