Honor has recently announced that it will unveil the Honor X60 smartphone series on October 16 in China. Before the official launch, the brand has started pre-orders for the Honor X60 and X60 Pro on its official online store. Additionally, the Honor Tablet GT Pro is also available for pre-order on the site. These listings have disclosed important information regarding the RAM, storage, and color choices for both the X60 series and the Tablet GT Pro.
Honor X60 and X60 Pro Colors and Configurations
The Honor X60 comes in a lovely Moon Shadow White, while the Honor X60 Pro is offered in vibrant colors like Burning Orange and Sky Blue. The two models will have four configurations: 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB. The standard X60 will be available in Elegant Black, Haihuqing, and Moon Shadow White. Meanwhile, the Pro version will be sold in Basalt Gray, Burning Orange, Sky Blue, and Elegant Black.
Notably, only the 12GB+512GB version of the Honor X60 Pro will include support for China Mobile Beidou satellite SMS communication. This makes it the first non-flagship device in the world to offer such satellite connectivity features.
Specifications of Honor X60 and Tablet GT Pro
While the detailed specifications of the Honor X60 Pro haven’t been revealed yet, a recent leak has provided insights into the regular X60 model. It is anticipated to have a 6.8-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, powered by a Dimensity 7025h processor, along with 12 GB of virtual RAM. The device is expected to house a large 5,800mAh battery supporting 35W charging, run MagicOS 8.0 based on Android 14, and feature a 108-megapixel main camera alongside an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
Honor Tablet GT Pro Features and Options
The Honor Tablet GT Pro is now also available for pre-order. It boasts a 12.3-inch display and is exclusively Wi-Fi capable, with no cellular option available. Although complete specifications are yet to be revealed, the listing confirms a variety of configurations: 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 16GB+512GB. It will be offered in three colors: Star Black, Moon Shadow White, and GT Blue.
There is speculation that the Honor Tablet GT Pro could either be a rebranded or slightly altered version of the MagicPad 2, which was launched in July 2024. To refresh your memory, the MagicPad 2 comes with a 12.3-inch OLED display and is only available in a Wi-Fi version.
