After unveiling the Honor 200 Lite 5G smartphone in France recently, Honor has introduced a new tablet in China known as the Honor Pad 9 Pro. This release follows the debut of the Honor Pad 9 at MWC 2024, approximately two months ago.

The Honor 9 Pro tablet showcases a 12.1-inch TFT LCD display, boasting a resolution of 2560 x 1600 along with a high 144Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the display supports 1.07 billion colors, encompassing the entire DCI-P3 color spectrum.

Powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset, the tablet offers configurations of up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. Running on MagicOS 8.0 based on Android 14, it houses a substantial 10050mAh battery supporting 35W fast charging. The tablet is equipped with 4 speakers and 4 tweeters for an enhanced audio experience.
Camera and Connectivity
In terms of camera capabilities, the tablet boasts a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. With a slim profile of 6.64mm and weighing around 589 grams, the device provides connectivity options such as Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, 5G support, and a Type-C port.
Pricing and Availability
The Honor Pad 9 Pro is offered in two color variants: Starry Gray and Sky Blue. The pricing starts at 2199 Yuan ($303) for the 8GB/256GB variant and goes up to 2499 Yuan ($345) for the 12GB/256GB model.
