After sharing details and images of the HMD Pulse 2 Pro earlier this month, the same source has also revealed information about the HMD Pulse 2 and HMD Pulse 2+/HMD Pulse 2 Plus. The standard Pulse 2 will have a refresh rate of 90Hz, in contrast to the Pulse 2+, which will offer a faster 120Hz refresh rate.

Performance Differences

While both smartphones will be powered by a Unisoc T615 chip, their memory and storage options will vary. The Pulse 2 is set to come with 4GB of RAM and choices of either 64GB or 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage. On the other hand, the Pulse 2+ will be available in both 4GB and 6GB RAM versions, with a fixed 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage.

Camera Features and Battery Life

Leaked images reveal that the HMD Pulse 2 and Pulse 2+ will feature a camera design reminiscent of the iPhone 17 series. Both devices will sport a 50MP primary rear camera along with a 2MP secondary sensor. The front camera on the Pulse 2 will be 8MP, whereas the Pulse 2+ will have a 13MP front-facing camera.

Both phones will also include a 5,000mAh battery capacity, similar to the HMD Pulse 2 Pro. Lastly, both devices are expected to run on Android 15 right out of the box.
