The Tegenaria Lite is a wired controller created by GameSir, which was launched in 2025. This very affordable controller features symmetrical thumbsticks and works with several platforms. Initially released in two colors, GameSir has now introduced a third option.

New Collaboration with MenaRD

The latest color is a special edition developed in partnership with MenaRD, a Dominican eSports champion and GameSir’s brand ambassador. This isn’t their first joint effort; they previously unveiled the Tarantula Pro MenaRD edition back in August 2025.

Unique Design Features

Formally named the GameSir Tegenaria Lite MenaRD Edition, this controller boasts a green faceplate, with the D-Pad, thumbsticks, shoulder buttons, triggers, and ABXY buttons all in orange. The back of the controller, along with the two back buttons and the USB-A cable, are also orange, as are the View, Menu, and M buttons. Additionally, MenaRD’s signature can be found in gold on the right grip.

GameSir is currently taking pre-orders for the Tegenaria Lite MenaRD Edition, which, like the Retro Gray and Serene White models, has a price tag of $19.99 (available on Amazon). However, they expect to start shipping it sometime between April and May.

Specifications and Compatibility

Aside from its cosmetic changes, the Tegenaria Lite MenaRD Edition is identical to the regular version. It includes GameSir’s Hall Effect thumbsticks, membrane analog triggers, cushioned membrane buttons, and a membrane D-Pad. Users will also find laser-engraved textured grips, dual asymmetric rumble motors, turbo functionality, and a polling rate of 1,000Hz. The firmware can be updated using the GameSir Connect app.
