In an intriguing prelude to the official launch of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, prominent leaker Ice Universe (@UniverseIce) has disclosed some key details regarding the dimensions of the device.
According to the leaked specs, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will measure 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2mm, positioning it among the slimmest entries in the Galaxy S-series. However, it won't surpass the Galaxy S6's record of a mere 7mm thickness.

Samsung is anticipated to persist with the 45W fast charging technology, which was first introduced with the Galaxy S20 Ultra in 2020. Despite the passing years, there has been little advancement in this area, and the year 2025 appears to offer no significant changes. The battery capacity is also expected to remain at 5,000mAh, reflecting Samsung's approach of maintaining consistency.
Camera and Software Enhancements
On the brighter side, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is projected to receive a camera upgrade. While the primary 200MP sensor and dual 50MP telephoto lenses are expected to stay the same, the ultrawide sensor may see an enhancement from 12MP to 50MP. The front-facing camera will continue to feature a 12MP sensor, similar to its predecessor. The device is anticipated to operate on the latest Android 15 with Samsung’s One UI 7.1 layered on top and will benefit from software updates for a substantial seven years.
