MagicX XU HD Handheld: New Rival to Anbernic RG35XX
The MagicX XU HD gaming handheld has been introduced, and it’s being promoted as a formidable contender to the Anbernic RG34. The model has already been shown in three different color options and is expected to come with a very budget-friendly price.
A possible release of MagicX’s next retro gaming handheld, the XU HD, seems to be on the horizon. Previously, the company created the MagicX XU Mini M to rival the Anbernic RG28XX and Miyoo Mini A300, although it hasn’t been launched yet. According to a tip from @forthenextlive, MagicX is actively working on the XU HD, which bears a close resemblance to the Anbernic RG35XX 2024.
Display and Design
The XU HD features a 3.2-inch 4:3 display with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. If these specifications are accurate, the device will have a higher pixel density than the RG35XX, which has a 3.5-inch screen and a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels.
This upcoming retro gaming handheld does not include joysticks but is equipped with a d-pad, ABXY buttons, start/select buttons, and two pairs of shoulder buttons. Additionally, it is rumored to omit Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity to keep costs low.
