Thermaltake has brought its CAPO X chassis to market, following the dual-system enclosure’s initial unveiling at Computex last month. The full-tower case is now available in Taiwan at a suggested retail price of NT$5,990, which equates to roughly $186.
A single enclosure for two independent builds
The CAPO X is engineered for users who want the flexibility of running two distinct PCs without occupying the desk space of two separate cases. Each system operates within its own dedicated chamber, enabling, for example, one side to handle high-frame-rate gaming while the other manages streaming, content creation, or productivity workloads. The approach provides all the separation of two standalone builds inside one unified footprint.
Hardware layout and compatibility
Both chambers accept microATX motherboards and feature rear-connector motherboard support to promote tidier cable management. Each section is equipped with five expansion slots and its own dedicated power supply bay, ensuring that the two systems remain fully independent with no shared PSU. Graphics cards up to 420 mm in length and CPU coolers reaching 180 mm in height are supported, while multiple storage mounting points for hard drives and SSDs are available in each compartment.
Distinct controls and finish options
Thermaltake has provided each side with a separate front I/O panel, giving users direct, isolated access to power buttons and front ports without interfering with the neighboring system. The CAPO X is offered in both black and white color variants to suit different workspace aesthetics.
