Lenovo is broadening the reach of its redesigned ThinkPad X13 Gen 7, introducing a wider selection of processor, memory, and storage configurations across multiple markets. The 13-inch business laptop, which originally appeared in mid-May with options for AMD Gorgon Point and Intel Panther Lake platforms, was initially launched in the United States at a starting price of roughly $1,500. Early availability, however, was confined to a single specification anchored by a Core Ultra 5 325 chip and 16 GB of RAM.
Expanded Configuration Options in North America
The company has now added more powerful vPro-equipped choices in both the US and Canada. Buyers can select from Core Ultra 5 322 vPro, Core Ultra 5 335 vPro, and Core Ultra 7 365 vPro processors. These can be paired with 16 GB or 32 GB of LPDDR5X-7467 memory and solid-state storage capacities of 256 GB, 512 GB, or 1 TB. In Canada, the lineup starts at CAD 2,037.
Display and Battery Boundaries
Despite the broadened internal options, the display ceiling remains fixed across all configurations released so far. The Gen 7 model tops out at a 13.3-inch, 1200p IPS panel with a 400-nit brightness rating and a standard 60 Hz refresh rate. Battery selections include a 41 Wh unit or a larger 54.7 Wh pack, giving organizations some flexibility between weight and longevity.
European Pricing and Availability Gaps
Lenovo has also established initial availability in Germany, offering the ThinkPad X13 Gen 7 in two stock keeping units. Detailed pricing in the Eurozone starts at €2,199 (approximately $2,516) for a model equipped with a Core Ultra 5 325, 32 GB of RAM, and a 512 GB SSD. Customers who want to upgrade to the higher-clocked Core Ultra 7 355 can do so for an additional €100, representing a modest 4 percent surcharge. The company has not yet disclosed when additional display options will appear or when the laptop will launch in other parts of Europe, leaving potential buyers in many regions waiting for concrete release dates.
