New Eco-Drive Watches by Citizen in Hong Kong
Citizen has recently launched three stylish Eco-Drive timepieces in Hong Kong, featuring all-metal chronograph designs with textured dials and detailed watch faces. The new models named are AT2600-57E, AT2603-59X, and AT2606-51L, each bringing unique color schemes and finishes.
Design Variations and Materials
The AT2600-57E exhibits a sleek black dial combined with a silver stainless steel case and strap, giving it a timeless look. On the other hand, the AT2603-59X boasts a vibrant green face complemented by a rose gold-colored steel case and strap, adding a touch of elegance. Meanwhile, the AT2606-51L features a dark blue dial paired with a rose gold tone bezel, a silver case, and a dual-tone five-row strap, which makes it stand out further. Each piece has roman numeral index, matching hands, and indicator rings, seamlessly syncing with the metal accents.
Technical Features & Specifications
The watches are powered by Citizen's Eco-Drive H504 caliber, capable of running for five months on a single charge and capable of charging from virtually any light source. They include smaller indicators for a 24-hour time display connected to the stopwatch function, along with a simple date window and overcharge prevention mechanism. The timepieces are declared water resistant to 10 bar, with a round case measuring about 41 x 11 mm (~1.6 x 0.4 inches).
Pricing and Availability
The Eco-Drive AT2600-57E is priced at HK$2,680 ($342), the AT2606-51L at HK$3,380 ($431), and the two-tone AT2603-59X slightly cheaper at HK$3,280 (~$419). It's not clear yet when these models will be available in other markets like the US, but they represent a significant addition to Citizen’s eco-friendly lineup.
