After unveiling the Xiaomi 14 series last year, the company is now preparing for the release of the Xiaomi 14T series, which will reportedly include two models: the Xiaomi 14T and the Xiaomi 14T Pro. Both phones have received NBTC certification and have been spotted on Geekbench. A major leak from Dealabs has revealed their full specifications and pricing, suggesting a September launch.
Xiaomi 14T Specifications
According to Dealabs, the Xiaomi 14T will sport a 6.67-inch 1.5K (2712×1220p) display featuring a pixel density of 446 ppi and a refresh rate of 144Hz. The screen is capable of 700 nits of typical brightness, 1600 nits in high brightness mode, and up to 4000 nits for HDR content. It fully covers the DCI-P3 color gamut and supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. Additionally, it is TÜV Rheinland certified for low blue light and includes features like AI Auto-brightness, AI video with Local mapping, AI Adaptive colors, AI Touch control, and AI Care.
The device is expected to be powered by a Dimensity 8300-Ultra processor, coupled with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. It will run on Android 14 and will have a 5,000mAh battery. The phone is IP68 certified for water resistance and weighs 195 grams.
Xiaomi 14T Camera Features
The Xiaomi 14T will be equipped with a Leica triple camera system, featuring the LEICA VARIO-SUMMILUX 1:1.7-2.2/15-50 ASPH lenses. The main camera is a 50MP wide-angle lens with optical image stabilization (OIS), utilizing a 1/1.56″ IMX906 sensor, 1.0µm pixels that can be combined into 2.0µm super-pixels, an equivalent 23mm focal length, an f/1.62 aperture, and autofocus.
The second camera is a 50MP telephoto lens with 0.64µm pixels, a 60mm equivalent focal length, 2.6x optical zoom, up to 4x zoom equivalent to 100mm, an f/1.98 aperture, a 5P lens, and autofocus. The third is a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 1.12µm pixels, a 15mm focal length equivalent, a 120° field of view, and an f/2.2 aperture. The front camera is a 32MP lens with 0.64µm pixels.
Xiaomi 14T Pro Specifications
The Xiaomi 14T Pro will reportedly share the same 6.67-inch 1.5K display as the standard 14T, including a 144Hz refresh rate, 4000 nits peak brightness, and HDR10+ support. However, it will feature a more advanced MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor, paired with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. Like its counterpart, it will have a 5,000mAh battery but will also support 50W wireless charging and is IP68 certified.
Xiaomi 14T Pro Camera Details
The Pro version is expected to have a Leica triple camera setup with LEICA VARIO-SUMMILUX 1:1.6-2.2/15-60 ASPH lenses. The main camera will be a 50MP wide-angle lens with OIS, utilizing a 1/1.31″ Light Fusion 900 sensor. It features 1.2µm pixels that can be merged into 2.4µm super-pixels, a 23mm equivalent focal length, 2x optical equivalent zoom (46mm), an f/1.62 aperture, and autofocus.
The second camera is anticipated to be a 50MP telephoto lens with 0.64µm pixels, a 60mm equivalent focal length, 2.6x zoom, and up to 5x optical equivalent zoom (120mm), an f/1.98 aperture, a 5P lens, and autofocus. The third camera is a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 1.12µm pixels, a 15mm equivalent focal length, a 120° field of vision, and an f/2.2 aperture. The front camera will also be a 32MP lens with 0.64µm pixels.
Pricing
According to current leaks, the Xiaomi 14T is expected to be priced at €649, while the 14T Pro is likely to be available for €899. These devices are anticipated to be launched globally in September.
