Xiaomi‘s latest smartphone, the Xiaomi 14, is set for its debut in India on March 7, 2024. Prior to its launch, details regarding its storage capacity and pricing have emerged online.
According to information shared by @yabhishekhd on Twitter/X, the phone will be released in India featuring a 12GB RAM and 512GB storage model, initially priced at Rs. 74,999. However, it is anticipated to be available for approximately Rs. 65,000.
Xiaomi 14 Specifications
The Xiaomi 14 showcases a 6.36-inch 1.5K TCL CSOT C8 OLED LTPO 12bit display that offers a seamless 120Hz refresh rate and durable Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. Running on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC fabricated on the TSMC 4nm process, it comes with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The phone operates on the Android 14-based Hyper OS.
Camera and Battery
The camera setup comprises a 50MP light fusion 900 OIS+ primary lens, a 50MP JN1 Ultrawide lens, and a 50MP telephoto JN1 lens at the rear, accompanied by a 32MP OV32B front camera. It is powered by a 4610mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging through a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port.

The Xiaomi 14 is IP68 rated for water and dust resistance and offers features like WiFi 7, NFC, Bluetooth 5.4, and an X-axis linear motor for haptic feedback. Available in two variants with thicknesses of 8.2mm (glass) and 8.28mm (leather), it weighs 193 grams and 188 grams respectively. Other highlights include an in-display fingerprint sensor, dual stereo speakers, and an IR blaster for remote control.
