After releasing the Vivo V40 and V40 Pro in India a few months ago, Vivo is now preparing to unveil the Vivo V40e smartphone on September 25. Numerous details about the device have emerged through leaks and teasers, so here’s a summary of what we know about the V40e thus far.
Design and Build
To begin with the design, the Vivo V40e will maintain the aesthetic of the previously launched models in the series, featuring a curved back and edges. It measures only 7.49 mm in thickness and weighs approximately 183 grams. The rear of the phone will showcase a pill-shaped camera module. As for color choices, the device will be available in Royal Bronze and Mint Green.
Display Features
Vivo has announced that the V40e will feature a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with curved edges. The screen will provide a Full HD+ resolution of 2392 x 1080 pixels, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and will support the P3 color gamut. It boasts an impressive contrast ratio of 8,000,000:1 and a color depth of 10 bits. Additionally, the display will have a punch-hole design, a 93.3 percent screen-to-body ratio, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
