Vivo is set to introduce the X Fold 3 Pro foldable smartphone in China today, with intentions to launch it globally in the near future. Recent sightings of the global variant on Indonesia's SDPPI certification website hint at an impending release in Indonesia.

Global Launch in Sight

The certification details, including certificate number 98278/SDPPI/2024 and model number V2330, reveal the device's identity as the X Fold 3 Pro. This move signifies Vivo's expansion into the global foldable smartphone market, departing from its previous focus on the Chinese market exclusivity.

Innovative Design and Features

The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro is designed with an "Armor Feather" body for durability and is equipped with an enhanced hinge mechanism to minimize screen creasing. When folded, the Pro model measures 11.2mm in thickness, extends to 5.2mm when unfolded, and weighs 236 grams.

Impressive Specifications

Featuring an extensive 8.03-inch foldable OLED display and a 6.53-inch OLED cover display, the device offers high resolutions and integrates ultrasonic fingerprint scanners. With a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3000 nits, the X Fold 3 Pro promises a visually immersive experience.

High-Performance Capabilities

Powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and supported by 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM, the X Fold 3 Pro provides storage options of 512GB or 1TB UFS 4.0. Operating on the latest OriginOS 4 based on Android 14, the foldable ensures seamless performance and efficiency.

Long-Lasting Battery and Advanced Charging

The device houses a 5,800mAh battery and supports 120W wired charging alongside 50W wireless charging capabilities, ensuring uninterrupted usage throughout the day.
