Amazfit Helio Strap Pro Pre-Order Priced Below Garmin Instinct 3

    Key Takeaway

    – Pre-orders for the Amazfit Helio Strap Pro are open at $199.99, shipping starts June 25.
    – Priced at twice the cost of the older model but undercuts mid-range smartwatches like the Garmin Instinct 3.
    – Package includes two sensors: the Core Motion HR (arm-worn) and Core Motion Waist (clip/strap).
    – Features over 60 sport modes with improved tracking for strength and cardio via the waist sensor.
    – Offers 24/7 heart rate, sleep, and recovery monitoring to calculate the HybridCharge Index (0-100).

Amazfit Helio Strap Pro Pre-orders Begin at $199.99

The Amazfit Helio Strap Pro was officially unveiled on Thursday, though Amazfit did not reveal pricing details yesterday. Now, Amazfit has opened pre-orders for the Helio Strap Pro at $199.99, with shipping set to begin on June 25. While this means the Amazfit Helio Strap Pro costs twice as much as the older Amazfit Helio Strap, Amazfit is still able to undercut the list price of mid-range smartwatches like the Garmin Instinct 3 ($299). For this price, buyers get a package that includes both the Core Motion HR and the Core Motion Waist.

    Dual Sensor Setup for Accuracy

To track workouts as accurately as possible, the Core Motion HR – which features a built-in heart rate and motion sensor – is designed to be worn on the upper arm, while the Core Motion Waist motion sensor can be worn around the waist using either a clip or a strap. With more than 60 sport modes, the Amazfit Helio Strap Pro is designed to be relatively versatile. Thanks to the additional motion sensor on the waist, Amazfit aims to track strength and cardio workouts with higher precision.

Core Stability and Muscle Strain Analysis

This sensor allows the Helio Strap Pro to better assess core stability and the strain on various muscles. The Amazfit Helio Strap Pro also offers most of the features already familiar from the Helio Strap – heart rate can be monitored around the clock, and sleep and recovery are tracked as well. This allows the Amazfit HybridCharge Index to be calculated, which indicates current training capacity on an easy-to-understand scale from 0 to 100 points.

    Comprehensive Tracking Features

More details about the Amazfit Helio Strap Pro are available on the official product page. The device is designed for athletes who want deeper insite into their workouts without investing in a full smartwatch. With its dual-sensor approach, Amazfit promises better detection of body movement and heart rate data during complex excercises. The strap itself is adjustable and comfortable for all-day wear, though the additional waist sensor might take some getting used to for new users. Amazfit USA haven’t confirmed any specific regional availability restrictions yet, but the product is listed with shipping starting in late June.

    • Price: $199.99
    • Shipping begins: June 25
    • Includes: Core Motion HR and Core Motion Waist sensors
    • Over 60 sport modes
    • HybridCharge Index from 0 to 100 points
    • 24/7 heart rate and sleep tracking

  • GTA 6 Vice City: Rockstar Reveals Vibrant Night in Sunny America

GTA 6 Vice City: Rockstar Reveals Vibrant Night in Sunny America

    Key Takeaway

    – Pre-order date set for June 25, with GTA 6 releasing on November 19.
    – New cover art and a stunning night-time look at a dense, active Vice City revealed.
    – The city will feature high activity levels, with numerous vehicles and visible interiors.
    – Vice City described as the “sunniest place in America” with a darker side for protagonists Jason and Lucia.
    – No new trailer yet, over a year since Trailer 2 aired.

After months of waiting for some kind of update, Rockstar has finally announced a pre-order date and showcased the cover art for GTA 6. There is one more update that came from this new marketing push, a fresh look at the bustling Vice City, which looks especially stunning at night. They have been quiet for so long, but now they are giving us something to chew on.

The Rockstar website has been updated

Their website has been updated with the GTA 6 cover art, and as you scroll down, a new look at a night in Vice City shows a lot of activity. As the camera zooms out, you can see the skyline with lights everywhere. Two helicopters, five planes, six boats, a ferry, and a number of cars moving across the distant highway are some of the active elements in just one scene. It realy is quite impressive to see all that detail in a single screen shot.

    City density and interiors

The scene shows how dense the city is going to be in GTA 6. Some of the interiors of the closest buildings can be seen as well, one of which has a tennis court next to it. Rockstar’s description of the city calls it the sunniest place in America, with Jason and Lucia finding themselves on its darkest side. You can tell they want a stark contrast between the bright day life and the gritty night life.

Past leaks and what we know

It is known from past leaks that Vice City is going to be massive with a huge number of enterable stores, activities to take part in, areas to explore, and more. GTA 6 releases on November 19 and pre-orders start on June 25. That said, we are still waiting for a new trailer, as it has been over a year since Trailer 2 aired. The game is set to realy push the boundries of what we expect from an open world.

    Official pricing and spec details

    • The standard edition of GTA 6 is priced at $69.99 USD.
    • A deluxe edition with bonus in-game currency and cosmetics will be $79.99 USD.
    • Pre-orders for all editions begin on June 25th.
    • Minimum system requirements require a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 or equivalent.
    • Recommended specs list a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 or better for high settings.
    • Storage space needed is 150 GB for the base game installation.

  • Makera Z1 CNC Pre-Sale: Optional Laser Module

    Key Takeaway

    – Makera Z1 is available for pre-order at $1,099 (basic version), with delivery starting in July.
    – Software is still in closed beta; users currently need separate CAM and controller software.
    – Working area is 200x200x100mm, with 150W spindle and optional rotary axis and laser module.
    – Can process plastic, carbon fiber, wood, and aluminum, but requires optional laser and dust extraction add-ons.
    – As a subtractive CNC machine, it uses more material and generates waste compared to 3D printing or laser cutting.

    Makera Z1 pre-order details

We’ve previously reported on the Makera Z1, which is now officially available for pre-order. The starting price is $1,099. Pre-orders placed by June 30 will also recieve a few small gifts, and delivery is scheduled for July. For $1,099, pre-order customers will recieve only the basic version, not the Pro version. The laser module and a dust extraction system are available for a surcharge. We are already testing the CNC machine and can at least say that the device exists, the build quality is quite decent, and the control system works in principle.

    Software and control nuances

Speaking of controls, the Makera Studio software is intended to enable particularly simple control, but is currently still in the closed beta phase. At presnt, the use of CAM software and controller software is still required. Since Makera aims to make the Z1’s powerful features accessible to beginners, we cannot yet adequately evaluate the system. There will also be a platform for sharing projects via Makerables, a universal project-sharing platform and digital community where creators can collaborate, share design files and download ready-to-cut templates.

    Technical specifications and work area

The Makera Z1 offers a working area of 200 x 200 x 100 millimeters. Machining via a rotary axis is available as an option. The specified spindle power is 150 watts, with a maximum speed of 13,000 revolutions per minute. According to the manufacturer, the machine can process not only plastic, carbon fiber and wood, but also aluminum. A laser module is also available as an option. Compared to a 3D printer, a CNC machine can, in the best-case scenario, produce parts capable of withstanding very high loads. Compared to a laser cutter, the depth of a component is not quite as much of a limiting factor.

    Cost considerations and manufacturing processes

On the other hand, the costs for consumables are likely to be higher compared to a 3D printer, since a 3D printer only extrudes approximately as much (inexpensive) filament as is required for the model. The processes of drilling, milling and turning performed on CNC machines are subtractive manufacturing processes, meaning that material is removed from a blank. When using semi-finished products, a considerable amount of metal waste can accumulate quite quickly, depending on the dimensions of the model and the semi-finished product.

    • Starting price: $1,099
    • Working area: 200 x 200 x 100 mm
    • Spindle power: 150 watts
    • Max speed: 13,000 RPM
    • Materials: plastic, carbon fiber, wood, aluminum
    • Rotary axis optional
    • Laser module optional
    • Pre-order deadline: June 30
    • Delivery: July

  • Marvel’s Wolverine PS5 Price & Pre-Order Leak

    Marvel’s Wolverine PS5 Price & Pre-Order Leak

    Key Takeaway

    – Marvel’s Wolverine will headline the June 2nd PlayStation State of Play with new gameplay footage.
    – Pre-orders are expected to open immediately or shortly after the showcase, with a standard price of $69.99.
    – The release date is reportedly September 15th, 2026, with no confirmation of deluxe editions or console bundles.
    – A PC port is unlikely soon, as Sony is reportedly scaling back cross-platform releases for narrative-driven PS5 exclusives.

Marvel’s Wolverine Set for Major State of Play Spotlight

Insomniac Games’ latest PS5 exclusive is set to have a starring role at the June 2nd PlayStation State of Play. It also appears that retailers are preparing to open Marvel’s Wolverine pre-orders. PyroMid/GHSTE shared an in-store banner for the game, along with pricing details provided by a GameStop employee. The gamer/streamer believes that soon after Sony’s showcase, buyers will be able to reserve physical copies.

Retailer Insights and Pricing Details Leaked

If past history repeats, that could be immediately, or a week or more later. However, the retailer told the leaker that once they receive promo materials, the wait time is usually minimal. If the information is correct, the standard edition price is $69.99. It’s unclear whether a deluxe or collector’s edition is on the way or whether there are potentially console bundles. Barring any early access period, the Marvel’s Wolverine release date is September 15th, 2026.

What Fans Have Seen So Far

Followers first saw gameplay from the Insomniac project during a 2025 State of Play. Since then, gamers have seen little from the single-player-focused, action-heavy PS5 exclusive. Regardless, buyers were clamoring for pre-orders as far back as March. On social media, the Spider-Man studio replied, “We want to show you more of the game first.”

June 2nd State of Play Expectations

Fans should get their most in-depth look yet on June 2nd before Marvel’s Wolverine pre-orders kick off. On the PlayStation Blog, Sony teased footage of “Logan’s brutal and relentless combat along with some new details.” The next State of Play lasts around 60 minutes and begins at 5PM EST/11PM CEST. Steam users hoping for news about a PC port will likely be disappointed.

PC Port Hopes and Sony’s Strategy Shift

For narrative-driven PS5 games, the company typically waits many months before announcing them. The larger issue is that Sony may be cutting back on its cross-platform ambitions. Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier reported that PlayStation Studios CEO Hermen Hulst conveyed the decision to employees in a recent town hall. • 8BitDo Modular Wireless Controller for Xbox Pre-Order Available

8BitDo Modular Wireless Controller for Xbox Pre-Order Available

    Key Takeaway

    – The 8BitDo Ultimate 3E Controller for Xbox is available for pre-order now, with an August 31, 2026 release date and a $149.99 price in the US (and in other regions via the 8BitDo eShop).
    – It introduces premium, removable components (faceplate with interchangeable ABXY modules, switchable D-pad, and removable/varied thumbsticks) for customization.
    – Key specs include wireless charging dock, Hall effect triggers, six-axis motion control, 1,000 Hz PC polling rate, a 1,400mAh battery (up to 18 hours), and broad compatibility (Apple/Android/xbox/PC).

First announced at CES 2026, the 8BitDo Ultimate 3E Controller for Xbox is taking its sweet time to arrive. It is still a few months away, but the good news is that you can pre-order it now.

    Pricing and Pre-orders

For those in the US, the 8BitDo Ultimate 3E Controller for Xbox is available for pre-order on Amazon for $149.99. It is also available for pre-order on the 8BitDo eShop for the same price for those from other regions. Both listings say that the controller will be available on August 31, 2026. This is the same date the cheaper 8BitDo Ultimate 3 Wireless Controller for Xbox is set to be released. Some buyers might wonder about delays, but it appears the date is set and uniform across platforms, which helps with planning purchases and delivery expectations.

    Industry Timing

8BitDo hasn’t provided an explanation for the delay, but waiting eight months for a controller takes a lot of patience, no matter how great the product is. Interestingly, 8BitDo isn’t the only manufacturer whose controller has taken so long to become available. Another example is CRKD’s Nitro Deck 2 controller. The Nintendo Switch 2 controller was announced in December 2025, with a release planned for “spring 2026”. A few weeks ago, the manufacturer released a statement that said the controller will begin shipping in late July, seven months after it was announced. Hopefully, that date is set in stone. The news highlights that even highly anticipated devices can encounter supply and release hurdles across the gaming hardware market, impacting buyers who planned around estimates.

    What’s Inside the Box

The 8BitDo Ultimate 3E Controller for Xbox offers premium features not found on any of the manufacturer’s previous models. For starters, the controller has a removable faceplate, allowing users to swap out the ABXY buttons for a different module. 8BitDo says users will be able to choose between a silicone or micro-switch ABXY module. The metal D-pad on the controller can also be switched from a standard style to a circular type. The packaging and included setup guide emphasize customization, appealing to players who like to tinker with hardware aesthetics and feel.

    Swappable Components

The Ultimate 3E Controller also has removable thumbsticks, and 8BitDo ships it with two standard thumbsticks attached. However, users can switch to a taller one or a thick-neck variant to suit the game they are playing. The controller also ships with a pair of tall joysticks, one dome joystick, and one thick-neck joystick. A standard D-pad and a micro-switch ABXY module are also included. This modular approach is praised by fans of modular gamepads, though it does add complexity for users who prefer a plug-and-play experience.

    Technical Specifications and Features

Other features include a wireless charging dock with no contact points, four customizable buttons, Hall effect triggers with trigger stops, six-axis motion control, a 1,000 Hz polling rate limited to PC, an audio jack, a 1,400mAh battery for up to 18 hours of use, and compatibility with Apple and Android devices, as well as Xbox consoles and PC. Each of these specs underscores a focus on performance and versatility, aiming to justify the premium price tag while broadening device compatibility for a range of players and setups.

Insta360 Luna Ultra Gimbal Camera Pre-Orders Open: Specs & Images

    Key Takeaway

    – Luna Ultra is nearing official release with a German retailer’s pre-order deposit campaign (€50 credit toward final price).
    – Images and spec hints suggest a dual-cam gimbal design to compete with Osmo Pocket 4/4P.
    – Estimated US price rumors range up to $780–$960; waiting period around 1 month per retailer, subject to change.

After months of leaks and rumors, the anticipation for Insta360’s major Luna Ultra camera release is (almost) over.

Wallet and Waiting: The Preorder Situation

ronically, Insta360 still hasn’t officially announced the gimbal camera. However, German retailer Foto Erhardt has launched a pre-order deposit campaign for the Luna Ultra, which means that the dual-cam gimbal is nearing its global debut. The store is offering a €50 deposit scheme to secure a place in the delivery queue, and the deposit will be credited toward the final price once the Luna is officially unveiled.

    Pricing Hints and Market Position

While the full official details from Insta360 remain under wraps, the retailer’s listing has provided a few images and concise breakdown of the Luna Ultra’s specs and capabilities, which gives us a glimpse of how Insta360 intends to compete with the single-cam DJI Osmo Pocket 4 and dual-cam Osmo Pocket 4P. The price discussion circulating online, according to Insta360’s CEO, suggests the dual-cam Luna Ultra might reach a US price tag as high as $780-960, a range that would position it in a premium segment and reflect the dual-lens capability benefiting stabilized footage.

    Delivery Timelines and Deposit Redemption

Users who opt for the €50 deposit are told that there is an estimated 1-month waiting period, but that timeline is based on Foto Erhardt’s prior experience with pre-orders rather than official Insta360 timing. In practice, once the Luna Ultra is announced, the deposit will be automatically credited toward the final sales price, helping customers feel prioritized in the eventual shipping queue.

    Retailer Details and Availability

For those tracking the Luna Ultra, Foto Erhardt (Germany) is actively promoting the pre-order option on their websites, including foto-erhardt.com and fotoerhardt.de. The listings include images and a brief specs snapshot, but customers should be mindful that details may change once Insta360 confirms the official specifications, pricing, and release schedule for the Luna Ultra.

  • Elden Ring Tarnished Edition Switch 2 Release Date Leaked After $80 Pre-Order

Elden Ring Tarnished Edition Switch 2 Release Date Leaked After $80 Pre-Order

    Key Takeaway

    1. The Elden Ring Tarnished Edition is expected to be released around July 10th, possibly with a Game-Key Card and included DLC, but the initial price remains unchanged despite some stores discounting physical copies.
    2. The game faces performance concerns on the Switch 2, with past demos showing stuttering, and its launch was postponed from 2025 to 2026.
    3. Nintendo’s recent first-party titles have maintained standard pricing, and there is anticipation of a potential trailer and more gameplay details in upcoming Nintendo Direct presentations.

Nintendo fanbase has been waiting a very long time for the release of FromSoftware’s critically acclaimed Soulslike game. Recently, a Canadian retailer has possibly revealed the launch date for the Elden Ring Tarnished Edition. However, there has been no indication that the pre-order costs for the Switch 2 version will seeing any change anytime soon.

Social Media Leaks and Store Listings

On platforms like social media, user Edu2407dito detailed updates about edits to the PNP Games listing. The store holds a good reputation but, the supposed shipping date of July 10th could just be a placeholder. Some watchers notice that Bandai Namco’s Digimon will also get shipped on the same date. Still, as preorders launched with Amazon back in April, fans had expected an official update soonest.

    Pricing and Collector’s Edition Details

While some Switch 2 titles have been sold at $80, Nintendo has kept to more conservative prices for their own titles lately. Some sellers are even offering discounts on physical copies to align with digital sales. But, unfortunately, this deal does not apply to the Elden Ring Tarnished Edition.

    Content and Hardware Performance

The 4-year-old game will come in a Game-Key Card version, which many collectors find somewhat disappointing. It includes the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC plus some extras, making its higher price point a little easier to justify. Hopefully, the game’s performance hardware-wise will meet expectations to reward those who have waited patiently.

    Performance and Release Delays

There’s still no clear answer on how well it will run on the handheld device, especially after initial demos showed some lag and stuttering issues, which led to a delay from 2025 to 2026. The game was showcased during a Nintendo Direct, initially slated for 2025, but experienced setbacks due to technical problems.

    FromSoftware Clarifications and Future Plans

However, in February, FromSoftware reassured fans that there will be no delays, as confirmed in their financial statement. The release of the game coupled with the Switch 2 console is still expected, with the possibility of other titles like The Duskbloods launching before December 31st. This vampire-themed multiplayer game has been in limbo since the same 2025 Nintendo broadcast.

    Speculations and Expectations

Rumors suggest that Nintendo might reveal these titles again during a June Direct presentation. Fans are hoping for a new trailer that shows the game running smoothly in open-world parts, offering a better look at its performance on the upgraded hardware.

Disclaimer: The price and availability details mentioned are based on the last known data, and prices can change with time and retail restrictions. The retailer’s discounts or exclusive deals are valid only at the time of writing and could have limits on units or time.

  • AOC Launches 5K Gaming Monitor with 180Hz Refresh Rate and Ports

AOC Launches 5K Gaming Monitor with 180Hz Refresh Rate and Ports

    Key Takeaways

    1. The AOC Agon Pro AGP277KX gaming monitor is now available for preorder in China, with a likely global release due to AOC’s track record.
    2. It features a 27-inch display with a 5K resolution (5120 x 2880) and a pixel density of 218 PPI, supporting a refresh rate of 180 Hz in 5K mode and up to 350 Hz in FHD mode.
    3. The monitor covers 99% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and 100% of the sRGB spectrum, making it suitable for content creators, though it lacks mini LED backlighting for HDR.
    4. It includes gaming features like dynamic crosshair and dark area enhancement, along with adjustable ergonomics for tilt, swivel, height, and pivot.
    5. The preorder price is 5,999 Yuan (approximately $871), with no confirmed global launch date, although alternatives like the ASUS ROG Strix XG27JCG are available for $850.

After its announcement in late 2025, the AOC Agon Pro AGP277KX gaming monitor is now up for preorder in China. A worldwide release seems likely, given AOC’s good history of making its products available internationally.

    Impressive Specs

The monitor features a 27-inch display with a resolution of 5120 x 2880, commonly referred to as 5K. This results in a remarkable pixel density of 218 PPI, making it great for both work and high-quality gaming. The refresh rate is limited to 180 Hz when in 5K mode, but it can reach an astounding 350 Hz in FHD mode, providing a fantastic experience for both casual and serious gamers.

    Color Accuracy

AOC claims that the monitor covers 99% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and 100% of the sRGB spectrum, with a ΔE of under 1. This means the panel is also suitable for content creators, even if the 500 nit peak brightness might not please everyone.

Sadly, those who love HDR will be disappointed since the monitor lacks a mini LED backlight. Consequently, it has a somewhat average contrast ratio of 1000:1.

    Gaming Features and Ergonomics

This monitor comes packed with various gaming features, such as dynamic crosshair and dark area enhancement. Users can also make ergonomic adjustments for tilt, swivel, height, and pivot. The available I/O ports are quite comprehensive, including several options for connectivity.

As previously mentioned, the AOC Agon Pro AGP277KX gaming monitor is available for preorder on JD.com, with a price tag of 5,999 Yuan, which is around $871.

While a global launch may be on the horizon, there are no concrete plans at this moment. Gamers looking for a 5K 180 Hz gaming monitor right away can consider the ASUS ROG Strix XG27JCG, which is currently priced at $850 on Amazon.

AYN Thor Price Increase: Software Update for Overheating & Battery

    Key Takeaways

    1. The AYN Thor is a handheld gaming device with two screens, powered by Android, revealed in August 2025.
    2. Pre-orders for the third batch will start on January 20th, 2026, with a price increase due to rising memory costs.
    3. The new prices are $309 for the Base model, $369 for the Pro, and $450 for the Max, reflecting a $20 increase for the Pro and Max versions.
    4. The Thor Lite model remains priced at $249, with no announced price changes, as it just became available for pre-order.
    5. AYN has released a software update (version 1.0.0.360) that fixes issues and adds new features to the device.

The AYN Thor is a unique handheld gaming device featuring two screens and powered by Android, which was revealed in late August 2025. Pre-orders for the first batch started shipping to customers in October 2025, and the second batch is expected to ship on January 15. Recently, AYN shared information about the new pre-order batch, along with news of an upcoming price hike.

    New Pre-Order Dates

As indicated in a message on their Discord channel, the third round of pre-orders for the Thor will kick off on January 20th. Sadly, AYN has mentioned that customers will need to pay more for the device due to rising memory costs affecting the tech sector. This price hike impacts three different versions of the handheld.

    Pricing Details

The AYN Thor Base, equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage, will now cost $309 instead of the previous $299. The Thor Pro, which features the same processor but upgrades to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, will be priced at $369. Meanwhile, the Thor Max, boasting 16GB of RAM and a whopping 1TB of storage, will now be available for $450. This means there’s a $20 increase for both the Pro and Max models.

AYN has yet to announce any price changes for the Thor Lite, which is quite logical since it just became available for pre-order recently. This model is priced at $249 and comes with the less powerful Snapdragon 865 processor, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. Moreover, the second batch of pre-orders is still ongoing, giving buyers a chance to secure the AYN Thor (Base, Pro, and Max) at the original price before the new rates go into effect.

    Software Update

Alongside the new pricing, AYN has rolled out a software update for the Thor that fixes various issues and introduces new features.
