Redmi Turbo 4 Launches After K80 Series in December
Xiaomi has a busy timeline ahead for the rest of this year and the start of next. Just last month, they launched the Xiaomi 15, but now, preparations are in motion for the release of the Redmi K80 and K80 Pro in November. After that, a new Redmi device named the Turbo 4 is expected to launch in December, according to a recent leak.
Details from the Leak
The scoop comes from the tipster Smart Pikachu, who disclosed that the Turbo 4 will feature a display with a resolution of 1.5K in December. Redmi launched its first Turbo series device, the Turbo 3, back in April, indicating that the brand is following a routine of releasing two phones from this lineup annually.
What We Have Learned So Far
From an exclusive leak in August, we found out that the Redmi Turbo 4 is identified by the model number 2412DRT0AC, with the “C” at the end denoting its version for China. For the global market, it will be known as the Poco F7, with the model numbers 2412DPC0AG for worldwide and 2412DPC0AI specifically for the Indian market.
At the moment, specifics about the Turbo 4’s specifications are scarce. In addition to the 1.5K display, there are rumors of it having a plastic frame. As a rebranded version, the Poco F7 is likely to have similar specifications.

Poco F7 Nears Launch with Second Certification Approval
Earlier this month, a new Poco smartphone surfaced in the IMEI database. Identified by the model number 2412DPC0AG, this device is speculated to be the forthcoming Poco F7.
Initially, there was skepticism regarding this listing since the Poco F6 series was only launched three months ago, in May. It was anticipated that its successor, the Poco F7 series, would be introduced around the same period next year, likely in the second quarter of 2025.

However, it appears that Poco is hastening its F-series release cycle this year. Following the IMEI listing, the purported Poco F7 has now obtained EEC certification, featuring the same model number.
