Huawei has introduced its Bisheng Laser Printer X1 series, designed for home and small office environments. These multi-function printers feature a minimalist design, user-friendly operation, and emphasize easy network connectivity. Let's explore the details.
Huawei Bisheng Laser Printer X1 Specifications
The X1 series showcases a minimalist design with a floating scanner table. To keep things simple, the control panel includes hidden capacitive touch buttons.
The setup process for the Bisheng X1 series is intended to be straightforward. According to Huawei, its "simple network connection" feature allows multiple devices to auto-detect and connect to the network when near the printer.
The X1 series also supports single-point network setup, enabling household-wide printer sharing without the need to reconnect individual devices. This can be managed via the Smart Life App, which lets users send print commands straight from their smartphones.
Mobile Printing and Robust Connectivity
The X1 series accommodates the modern mobile workflow. It supports one-touch printing through Huawei Share, allowing users to print documents directly from Huawei devices. Additionally, remote printing is possible through various methods, including Huawei printing on HarmonyOS devices, WeChat mini-program printing, Smart Life App printing, and a universal printing portal.
Stability is a key feature of the X1 series. Huawei utilizes a distributed radio frequency solution with a three-layer interference protection network. Combined with Huawei's Wi-Fi low-power technology, this ensures a consistently stable online connection. The X1 series also employs an S-shaped paper feed mechanism to minimize paper jams. Huawei claims the printer can handle up to 20,000 sheets without jamming, showcasing its reliable design.
Multifunctionality and Efficiency
The X1 series combines printing, copying, and scanning capabilities, offering a print speed of 30 pages per minute and color scan accuracy of 1200 DPI.
To reduce consumable replacement costs, the series features an independent drawer-type toner cartridge system. Replacing the toner cartridge is simple: open the front panel, unlock the cartridge with the handle, and slide it out. Inserting a new cartridge is just as easy.
Importantly, the X1 series separates the toner and drum unit, allowing users to replace only the depleted toner, which cuts down on overall consumable expenses.
The series includes three models: X1, X1 Pro, and X1 Max, each with varying toner capacities. The X1 Max supports up to 2,000 printed pages, the X1 Pro up to 1,500 pages, and the base X1 model up to 1,000 pages.
Pricing
The starting price for the Huawei Bisheng Laser Printer X1 series is 1,299 yuan for the base model. The Pro model is priced at 1,599 yuan, while the Laser Printer X1 Max costs 1,899 yuan. These printers are now available for pre-order and will be on sale from August 13th at Huawei Mall, Huawei Experience Stores, and authorized retailers.
