Samsung is preparing to introduce the Galaxy S25 series, and there have been several exciting leaks recently. Among these, one has revealed official promotional images for the series, showcasing a fresh Galaxy AI feature that is expected to be part of One UI 7.
New Features on Display
The promotional material features the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which appears to include an interactive bar at the bottom of the lock screen, rumored to be named “Now Bar.” In the visuals, there’s a mention of a new function called “Now Brief,” which displays the phrase “Get today’s highlight.”
Anticipation Builds
While Samsung hasn’t released extensive information about this new Galaxy AI feature, the company did share a blog post last December. In that post, it emphasized that the Now Bar would be a “defining element” of the new user interface. According to predictions, the Now Bar in One UI 7 will provide users with a summary of their day.
The Now Bar is expected to compile information from frequently used apps and regular activities performed on the phone. Additionally, it’s said to offer customized assistance for various tasks, such as navigation, translating languages, and entertainment options. It will function similarly to Apple’s Dynamic Island, showcasing important details while minimizing screen space usage.
Exciting Times Ahead
Users of the Galaxy S24 who are in the third beta phase of One UI 7 already have access to the Now Bar, but it seems that the Now Brief feature will debut alongside the Galaxy S25 series. The good news is that the upcoming Unpacked event is just around the corner, so it won’t be long until we can see this innovative Galaxy AI feature in action.
