Samsung is gearing up to unveil a new addition to its Galaxy A-series lineup in the near future. The Galaxy A06 has recently received multiple certifications such as FCC, SIRIM, BIS, and WiFi-Alliance. Leaked renders shared by Onleaks have now given us a glimpse of the device's design. This model will succeed last year’s Galaxy A05. Let’s dive into what the leaked images reveal about the Galaxy A06.
Samsung Galaxy A06 Leaked Renders
The Samsung Galaxy A06 showcases a flat frame and features the brand’s Key Island design on the right side, a design element consistent with this year’s Galaxy A-series phones. The device includes volume rocker buttons and a power key that also functions as a fingerprint scanner. On the rear, there are two camera sensors aligned vertically along with an LED flash.
At the front, the Galaxy A06 is equipped with an Infinity-U display, indicating that the notch resembles the letter U. The bottom chin of the device has a noticeable bezel. The bottom panel houses a USB-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a speaker grille. The leaked images show the device in a Black color variant.
Specifications and Dimensions
According to the report, the Samsung Galaxy A06 is expected to measure 167.3 x 77.9 x 8.0 mm. It is likely to sport a large 6.7-inch display with an HD+ resolution.
Battery and Processor
The FCC certification indicates that the Galaxy A06 will come with a 5,000mAh battery. Additionally, the Geekbench database reveals that the device will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 processor and will include 6GB of RAM, with the possibility of more configurations at launch.
Given the array of certifications the Galaxy A06 has recently obtained, its release seems imminent.
