Two new HyperOS devices have recently surfaced on an Indonesian certification platform. These devices are the Redmi Pad Pro and the POCO F6. The recent appearance of these upcoming tablet and smartphone models in global certifications suggests that a wider launch is on the horizon.
Redmi Pad Pro
The Redmi Pad Pro was initially introduced in China, the brand's domestic market. Detailed specifications and features of the tablet can be explored in our previous coverage. Since its launch in China, the Redmi Pad Pro has been identified in various international certifications such as FCC, Google Play Console, IMDA, and now SDPPI.
The tablet was identified with the model number 2405CRPFDG, corresponding to the WiFi-only version of the Redmi Pad Pro. The original tablet features a 12.1-inch IPS LCD screen, Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, a 10,000mAh battery, among other specifications. It is likely that the global version will retain these specifications.
POCO F6
Another device powered by HyperOS, the POCO F6, was also spotted in the SDPPI certification with the model number 24069PC21G. Like the Redmi Pad Pro, the POCO F6 was previously launched in China under a different name, possibly as a rebranded Redmi Turbo 3.
The SDPPI listing suggests that a global launch for the POCO F6 is forthcoming. Previously seen in Singapore's IMDA certification, the Redmi Turbo 3 included features such as the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, a 5000mAh battery, 90W fast charging, and a 50MP primary camera. These specifications are expected to carry over to the POCO F6 as well.
