The Redmi Note 14 Pro series has quickly become the top-selling Android smartphones just one week after their launch, as per a recent report.
However, like many announcements from its parent company Xiaomi, no concrete sales figures have been provided to back up this statement. Consequently, it remains unclear which model in the series is driving the most sales.
Options Available
There are two models to choose from: the Redmi Note 14 Pro, featuring a 1.5K (curved) 120Hz OLED display with an impressive brightness level of 1,200 nits, which starts at a reasonable price of 1,399 yuan (~$199). The other option is the more advanced Pro Plus (or Pro+) variant.
Specifications and Features
At the moment, the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC and the 50MP OmniVision Light Hunter 800 main rear camera are exclusive to this model. It also boasts a robust 6,200mAh battery, while the Redmi Note 14 Pro has a slightly smaller 5,500mAh battery.
Both smartphones come with an advanced IP69 rating, which could be a feature in upcoming flagship Android devices. They have not yet made their way to retailers like Amazon, but customers can look for alternatives from other vendors to purchase outside of China right now.
