Realme launched the Realme GT 6 smartphone in India earlier today. Alongside this device, the company also introduced the Realme Buds Air6 Pro. These new TWS earphones are an upgraded version of the Buds Air6, which were released last month. The Pro version boasts enhanced specifications and aims to compete with brands like OnePlus Buds 3, Nothing Ear (a), and Redmi Buds 5 in the market.
Realme Buds Air6 Pro Specifications
The design of the Realme Buds Air6 Pro mirrors that of its standard counterpart, featuring a stem and earbuds with silicone ear tips, reminiscent of the Apple AirPods Pro. They are IP55-certified, making them resistant to both dust and water, and include an in-ear detection feature.
In terms of audio, the Realme Buds Air6 Pro are equipped with an 11mm woofer and a 6mm micro-plannar tweeter, delivering robust bass and clear treble. These TWS earphones feature active noise cancellation, capable of reducing ambient noise by up to 50 dB. They also have intelligent noise reduction adjustments based on the surrounding environment. The device supports Hi-Res audio with LDAC codec, ensuring high-quality sound streaming. Additionally, 360-degree spatial audio provides an immersive listening experience.
Advanced Audio Features
Each earbud comes with three microphones and Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) for clear call quality. The earphones also feature a personalized audio algorithm, which tailors the sound after a 5-minute hearing test.
Connectivity options for the Realme Buds Air6 Pro include Bluetooth 5.3 and Google Fast Pair support, allowing them to connect to two devices simultaneously. The earbuds offer a battery life of 10 hours with ANC disabled and 7.5 hours with ANC enabled. Combined with the charging case, the total battery life extends to 40 hours.
Pricing and Availability
The Realme Buds Air6 Pro are priced at Rs 4,999, but with a bank offer and additional discount, they can be purchased for Rs 4,199. Available in Silver Blue and Titanium Twilight colors, these earphones will be on sale starting June 27 on Realme’s official website, Flipkart, and offline stores.
