The Oppo Reno 14 5G comes with a 6.6-inch AMOLED display that boasts a 1.5K resolution (2760 x 1256 pixels), a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of up to 1200 nits. This screen is shielded by Gorilla Glass 7i, which enhances its durability. The dimensions of the device are 158 x 75 x 7.4mm, and it weighs 187 grams. It is rated IP68/IP69 for both water and dust resistance.

When it comes to photography, the Reno 14 5G sports a 50-megapixel autofocus front camera that can capture videos at 4K 60fps.
