Oppo is gearing up to introduce the K12x smartphone in India, following its initial release in China and its subsequent global rebranding as the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite. This launch has been confirmed via a microsite on Flipkart.
Although the specifics regarding the design, features, and launch date remain undisclosed, the tagline "Something epiK Coming Soon" is generating excitement. It is unclear at this stage whether the Indian version will mirror the specifications of its Chinese counterpart.
Oppo K12x (Chinese Model) Specifications
The Oppo K12x comes with a 6.67-inch OLED display, offering a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels. It boasts a peak brightness of 2100 nits and a full-screen brightness of 1200 nits. The display is equipped to handle wet-hand touch and supports refresh rates of 120Hz and 60Hz.
Under the hood, the K12x is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G processor clocked at a maximum frequency of 2.2GHz. The device comes with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. It also includes a 5500mAh battery that supports various fast charging protocols such as SuperVOOC, VOOC 3.0, PD3.0, and UFCS.
Camera Setup
On the camera front, the Oppo K12x features a 50MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture and autofocus, although it lacks Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). Additionally, there is a 2MP portrait lens with an f/2.4 aperture. For selfies, the phone sports a 16MP front-facing camera with an f/2.4 aperture and an 82° field of view.
