Motorola is gearing up to launch its new Razr 50 series in China on June 25. In a recent teaser on X (formerly Twitter), the company also confirmed that the global unveiling of these flip phones will occur on the same day. Here's a glimpse of what buyers can look forward to in the Razr 50 series.
Motorola Razr 50 Series Key Features
The Razr 50 Ultra is set to sport a 4-inch wide cover display and a 6.9-inch inner display, both utilizing OLED technology. This marks a shift from the previous models, which featured LTPO AMOLED displays. The main display will provide a resolution of 1272×1080 pixels.
Under the hood, the phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. It will offer RAM options ranging from 8GB to 18GB and storage choices from 128GB to 1TB. Additionally, it will be equipped with a 3800mAh battery.
Motorola Razr 50 Ultra
In terms of camera capabilities, the Razr 50 Ultra will boast two 50MP rear sensors and a 32MP front camera.
Conversely, the standard Motorola Razr 50 will feature a 6.9-inch inner display and a smaller 3.6-inch outer display, both also using OLED technology. This model will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300X chipset.
The Razr 50 will come with a 50MP and a 13MP rear camera setup, along with a 32MP front camera. It will include a 4200mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging, ensuring extended usage and quick recharges.
