Motorola has unveiled a new addition to its G-series in India – the Moto G04s. This budget-friendly smartphone is the successor to the Moto G04, which was launched earlier this year. Here, we will delve into the specifications, features, and pricing of the Motorola Moto G04s in India.
Moto G04s Specifications
The Moto G04s boasts a 6.56-inch IPS LCD screen with an HD+ (1612 x 720 pixels) resolution. Although the resolution isn't the highest, the display offers a 90Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling and animations. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, safeguarding against scratches and minor impacts.
Beneath the surface, the phone is equipped with a Unisoc T606 processor alongside an ARM Mali-G57 GPU. It includes 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of UFS 2.2 storage, which can be expanded further via a dedicated microSD card slot.
The device runs on My UX, which is based on Android 14, providing a near-stock Android experience. Motorola is also committed to delivering two years of security patch updates for the device.
For photography, the Moto G04s is equipped with a single 50MP rear camera accompanied by an LED flash. The camera features portrait mode and auto night vision mode, enabling decent photo captures in various lighting conditions. On the front, there is a 5MP camera for selfies and video calls.
Powering the device is a 5,000mAh battery, which Motorola claims can support up to 20 hours of video playback on a single charge. While the phone supports 15W fast charging, the package includes only a 10W charger.
