Lenovo Unveils Legion R9000P 2024 with Ryzen 7945HX CPU

Lenovo has introduced the latest Legion R9000P laptop, set to be available from July 27. This new variant boasts impressive specifications, including the Ryzen 7945HX processor.

The Legion R9000P is equipped with a Ryzen 7945HX processor and an RTX 4060 graphics card, which has a peak power consumption of 140W. It also features 16 GB of RAM and a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD. The laptop’s display offers a 2.5K resolution, a 240 Hz refresh rate, and full coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut, with a brightness of 500 nits.

Charging Capabilities and Ports

For charging, the Legion R9000P supports 140W via USB Type-C. Using Lenovo’s proprietary port, it can handle up to 300W power. According to ITHome, the CPU and GPU can draw up to 100W and 140W respectively, making 300W charging essential for demanding tasks.

The Legion R9000P comes with an 80 Wh battery and a touchpad measuring 120x75mm. It offers a variety of ports: USB-C, USB-A, HDMI 2.1, RJ-45 Ethernet, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Lenovo has priced this model starting at 9299 CNY, approximately $1275 USD.
