Lenovo is set to introduce the Legion Go handheld gaming console on June 27. Additionally, the company has announced the upcoming release of a new tablet in the country. A pre-order microsite for the device has been spotted on Flipkart (mobile app only). Lenovo claims that the Legion Tablet is the first gaming-focused tablet in the nation, having been launched globally in March this year.
Lenovo Legion Tablet India Launch Confirmed
The Lenovo Legion Tablet will be available for purchase on Flipkart, with pre-orders starting on July 20. Although the launch date has not been officially disclosed, it is anticipated to be announced along with the pricing details closer to the pre-order period.
According to the Flipkart microsite, the Lenovo Legion Tablet will feature the same specifications as its global counterpart. It will sport an 8.8-inch display with a QHD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. This screen size positions it between a candybar smartphone and a tablet, making it ideal for handheld gaming. The device will be powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor and will include Lenovo’s Legion ColdFront vapor thermal solution for efficient heat dissipation.

The Lenovo Legion Tablet will be equipped with a 6,550mAh battery that supports fast charging. It will also feature a USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 port and a USB 2.0 port for charging and audio output, with the USB-C port offering DisplayPort 1.4 functionality.
