Lectric has launched a new addition to its e-trike lineup called the XP Trike2, following the success of the first-generation XP Trike, which debuted in 2023. Variants and Specifications
The XP Trike2 comes in two versions: a 500 W model and a more powerful 750 W model. Both models have similar specifications, but with some differences. The base model includes a 500 W motor that delivers a peak power of 1092 W and offers 65 Nm of torque. It can reach a maximum speed of 14 mph (22.5 kph) and is equipped with a removable 624 Wh battery, which provides up to 50 miles (80.4 km) of range on a single charge.
On the other hand, the high-end model features a robust 750 W rear hub motor with a peak power of 1310 W and 85 Nm of torque. This variant can achieve a top speed of 17 mph (27.3 kph), and its battery capacity is slightly larger at 840 Wh, allowing for an impressive 70 miles (112 km) of range on a single charge.
Riding Modes and Design
Both versions offer five different riding modes: eco, tour, sport, sport+, and turbo. Moreover, Lectric has added a new Cloud suspension system with a 50 mm suspension fork at the front. In addition, the XP Trike2 features a TFT color display, which is a significant upgrade from the previous model, showing important information like speed, riding modes, and battery levels. Designed with hydroformed aluminum, the Lectric XP Trike2 can fold and support a total payload of up to 415 lbs (188.5 kg).
