This year, Nothing revealed three new smartphones: the Nothing Phone (2a), Nothing Phone (2a) Plus, and the Nothing CMF Phone 1. Recent information indicates that the London-based company is developing three additional phones, which are likely to be unveiled in the first part of 2025. This news was shared by Yogesh Brar (@heyitsyogesh) on X.
Upcoming Models
One of these devices is the already confirmed Nothing Phone (3), which is believed to be identified by the model number Nothing A059 that was found on Geekbench previously. It is anticipated to be equipped with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 and include AI capabilities.
Enhanced Features
Additionally, reports suggest that Nothing is also working on a Nothing Phone (3) Pro. This model is expected to have a more robust chipset compared to the standard version. As per ITHome, this phone has the model number A059P and is codenamed Hisuian Arcanine. It may feature a larger 6.7-inch display, a periscope telephoto lens, and be driven by MediaTek's Dimensity 9400 processor.
Speculations on the Third Device
The details about the third phone are still unclear, but one might speculate that it could either be a successor or an updated version of the CMF Phone 1, which is currently available on Amazon for $289. This model would likely target the budget and entry-level market, while the Nothing Phone (3) and Nothing Phone (3) Pro aim for the mid-range and flagship segments, respectively.
Though these three smartphones are anticipated to launch in the first half of 2025, it's important to treat this information cautiously. Companies often revise their strategies, and product launches can be postponed. It’s also common for devices to be cancelled altogether.
