Oppo Reno 11 Series Set for Global Debut in January 2024
Oppo, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer, is all set to launch its latest Reno 11 series smartphones globally. The series, consisting of two models - Reno 11 and Reno 11 Pro, was initially introduced in the Chinese market in November 2023. The global launch is scheduled to begin on January 11, starting with Malaysia. However, it seems that the Indian launch is also imminent, as the landing page for the Reno 11 series is now active on both the Oppo India website and Flipkart.
Oppo Reno 11 Pro Camera Specifications
The landing page on Flipkart has revealed some significant details about the camera system of the Reno 11 Pro. The device will boast an OIS-enabled 50MP primary camera, accompanied by a 112-degree ultra-wide camera, expected to be 8MP. Additionally, it will feature a 32MP Sony IMX709 telephoto portrait camera with 2x optical zoom. On the front, the Reno 11 Pro will sport a 32MP sensor with autofocus.
Reno 11 and Reno 11 Pro Specifications
The vanilla model, Reno 11, will also include the 32MP telephoto camera. It will come with 67W SUPERVOOC fast charging support. On the other hand, the Reno 11 Pro will offer 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging. Both devices will debut with the latest Android 14-based ColorOS 14.
Possible Differences in SoCs
While no further details have been confirmed by the teasers, a recent leak suggests that the global versions of both the Reno 11 and Reno 11 Pro might feature different SoCs compared to their Chinese counterparts. The vanilla Reno 11 is expected to come with a Dimensity 1080 SoC, instead of the Dimensity 8200 found in the Chinese variant. On the other hand, the Reno 11 Pro could feature either a Dimensity 8200 SoC or a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. However, most of the other specifications are expected to remain similar to the Chinese models.
