iQOO Confirms Launch Date of Neo 9 Series in China
iQOO has officially announced the launch date of its highly anticipated Neo 9 series for the Chinese market. The Neo 9 series will be unveiled on December 27 at 7 pm local time, as confirmed by the brand.
Design and Color Options of iQOO Neo 9 Series
In a recently released video by iQOO, the brand not only revealed the launch date but also provided a glimpse of the design and some specifications of the Neo 9 series. Although the front of the phones is not shown in the teaser, it is apparent that both the Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro will feature a flat OLED panel. On the back, the phones sport a dual-camera setup.
The iQOO Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro are expected to be available in three color options: black, blue, and red-white dual-tone. The red variant seems to have a leather back, while the other two options appear to have a glass back.
Key Specifications and Chipsets
The teaser video also confirms that the Neo 9 series will be powered by the Dimensity 9300 chipset, along with iQOO’s self-developed Q1 chip for enhanced graphics. It has been previously reported that the Neo 9 will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, while the Pro model will feature the latest Dimensity 9300 chip. Notably, the same chip is used in the Vivo X100 series and is expected to be featured in the upcoming Oppo Find X7, slated for a late January release.
Additional Announcements
In addition to the Neo 9 series, iQOO is rumored to unveil its first-ever smartwatch, the iQOO Watch, and the iQOO TWS 1e earbuds. However, the brand has yet to officially confirm the arrival of these devices.
