Geely Holding Group sub-brand Zeekr has introduced its latest SEA-M architecture alongside the debut of its first model utilizing this comprehensive structural framework. Emphasizing spaciousness, the SEA-M architecture is showcased in the Zeekr Mix at the Beijing Auto Show.
Enhanced Architecture Features
Zeekr, recognized as Geely's premium electric vehicle division, presents the Mix as its newest flagship model under the SEA-M architecture. An evolution of the Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA), SEA-M caters to a diverse array of products. This new mobility solution accommodates various EV types, including robotaxis, multi-purpose vehicles, and logistics transport.
Innovative Design Elements
The Zeekr Mix integrated with the SEA-M architecture boasts advanced safety features, agile maneuvering, and an expansive cabin. Notably, the architecture facilitates the creation of an intelligent interior space with adaptable seat configurations. With a level floor, a high wheelbase-to-length ratio, and a distinctive capsule-like exterior, the Mix is designed for superior handling, sporting a turning radius of less than five meters. Variable steering ratios are enabled by the architecture, potentially enabling future models to incorporate advanced intelligent driving technologies.
Spacious Interior and Unique Features
Featuring 6.3 square meters of interior room, the Zeekr Mix touts the largest space in its segment. Measuring 4.7 meters in length with a 3-meter wheelbase and a ground clearance of 39cm, the Mix sets itself apart. Noteworthy is its groundbreaking inclusion of electrically rotatable front seats, supporting a remarkable 270-degree rotation.
Pricing & Availability
While Zeekr has yet to disclose the Mix's launch date and pricing details, such announcements are expected imminently.
