The Redmi A3, an upcoming entry-level smartphone, has recently obtained certification from the UAE’s TDRA authority, indicating that its official launch is imminent, potentially in the next few weeks. This certification adds to the several others that the device has already obtained, including approvals from certification platforms in Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, and Europe.
The Xiaomi device with the model number 23129RN51X will be known as the Redmi A3 in the UAE, as revealed in a screenshot. In India, the Redmi A3, with the model number 23129RN51H, received certification from the country’s BIS authority in December. However, none of these certifications have provided specific details about the device’s core specifications.
Based on the naming convention and the success of its predecessor, the Redmi A2, which was released in March 2023, it is likely that the Redmi A3 will debut in the first quarter of this year.
