Huawei’s 5000mAh Magnetic Power Bank Launches in China for $52

Huawei has introduced a new magnetic power bank in China, named the “Huawei SuperCharge All-in-One Magnetic Power Bank.” It is now available for purchase on JD.com at a price of 369 yuan (around $52).

Huawei SuperCharge All-in-One Magnetic Power Bank Specifications

This power bank features a sleek and portable design, being just over 11 millimeters thick and weighing only 141 grams. Despite its small size, it has a 5000mAh battery capacity, sufficient to recharge your phone.

The device supports both wired and wireless charging. It offers bi-directional 25W wired charging, enabling quick recharges for both the power bank and other devices.

For wireless charging, it provides 15W when using the internal battery. However, if connected to an adapter, the wireless charging power increases to 30W.

Compatibility and Functionality

The magnetic power bank is compatible with various fast charging protocols such as SCP, UFCS, and PD, ensuring it works with a broad range of devices, not just Huawei smartphones. Its magnetic feature, however, is particularly convenient for Huawei users.

The magnetic functionality is activated when used with Huawei phones that support wireless charging and have an official magnetic adsorption case (sold separately).

This feature allows for a cable-free charging experience by simply attaching the phone to the power bank. Currently, the magnetic charging is compatible with specific Huawei models, including the Pura 70 series (Pura 70, Pura 70 Pro, Pura 70 Pro+, Pura 70 Ultra) and the Mate 60 series (Mate 60, Mate 60 Pro, Mate 60 Pro+).

Additional Features

The power bank includes a built-in foldable stand, allowing users to prop up their phones for hands-free video watching or working while charging. Huawei claims that in base charging mode, the power bank can fully charge both itself and a phone overnight. The package also includes a 25cm USB-C to USB-C cable for wired charging.
