The Samsung Galaxy A35 5G has recently obtained multiple certifications, hinting at its imminent release. Last month, the device appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking platform, and now it has been spotted again, but this time with a different configuration.
Samsung Galaxy A35 5G Listed on Geekbench
The Samsung Galaxy A35 5G is listed on the Geekbench database under the model number A356E. The only difference between this listing and the previous one is the mention of 8GB RAM onboard. As a result, it achieves higher scores in the single-core and multi-core test results, with 1,020 and 2,973 points respectively.
Same Processor and Software
The rest of the details, including the processor and software, remain the same as the previous Geekbench spotting. The Galaxy A35 5G is equipped with four cores at 2GHz and another four cores at 2.40GHz, indicating the presence of the Exynos 1380 chipset. It will come pre-installed with the Android 14 operating system.
Possible RAM Variants and Fast Charging Support
Based on the previous and latest Geekbench listings, it is speculated that the Samsung Galaxy A35 5G will be available in both 6GB and 8GB RAM variants. Additionally, an FCC certification of the device revealed support for 25W fast charging. Recently, official-looking renders of the smartphone surfaced, showcasing a design similar to leaked renders and three color options: Awesome Iceblue, Awesome Lilac, and Awesome Navy.
Possible Release Date
Rumors suggest that Samsung may announce the Galaxy A35 5G alongside the A55 5G in the second quarter of this year.
